Staunton, an artist based in Barnet, employs a range of linocut techniques to create limited-edition prints. Staunton explores the printing process intuitively to develop a realm of serenity in her work from both real and envisioned landscapes. These explore nature’s tranquillity, complexity, and rich colours, and seek to cultivate a sense of mindfulness and contemplation. Staunton is a member of Printmakers Council, Southbank Printmakers, East London Printmakers and Barnet Guild of Artists where she holds the position of keyholder and printmaking tutor.
