I am an Illustrator and Printmaker and began my Screen printing career at Putney School of Art where I continue to print.

 

I am inspired by travel, nature, photography, the English coastline and annual trips to Tuscany where my family is from.

 

My prints are all limited editions of approximately 10-20.  I love the process from sketching an idea, to design and layout usually in photoshop, working out a composition and then selecting a colour palate. The colour palate can sometimes spark an idea.

 

Each print has it own individual look and feel, depending on how much ink is applied, how many layers are used and which paper texture I choose.

 

I have an overwhelming love for trees and am lucky to be living in Ealing which has so many wonderful parks, so I have a huge collection of photographs and sketches of them.

 

I exhibit at Putney School of Art as well as locally in Ealing and the surrounding areas. I am taking part in Ealing BEAT which is a local organisation run by volunteers and members creating a platform for local artists to showcase their work to the public in the form of an Art Trail which runs every September.

 

In 2022 I set up Manacatprints on instagram and have been selling my prints both in person and

online.
