You never know what you will see when you cross the river to the other side.  The City of London with its layer upon layer of buildings like the Walkie Talkie at 20 Fenchurch Street, the Scalpel, one of London’s pointiest buildings and on the river front the blue Northern Shell building and beside it the restored Old Billingsgate market.   I have played about with the layering enhancing each with a raise foam board which I hope will give the viewer the sense that they “are in it” as a precocious six-year-old once said about my work.
